Waking up is a blessing! Before you start thinking of all the negative things you have been through before your day started, pause, then think for a moment -- tell yourself; you can change your negative to a positive.
If you continue to dwell on negative situations in your life, it will eat away at you. As you focus on positive things, you will find that the negative element slowly begins to disappear.
Joel Osteen said, "You're going to go through tough times - that's life. But I say, nothing happens to you, it happens for you.' See the positive in negative events."Willie Nelson said, "Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results."
I enjoyed listening to classical music as a teenager. My favorite composer was Ludwig Van Beethoven, a German pianist. He was famous for his great classical piece, the Symphony 5. Despite Ludwig Van Beethoven's knowledge about the fact that he was losing his natural ability to hear at the age of 30, he composed his best musical pieces. Beethoven did not allow his overpowering negative situation to overshadow his ability to hear what was inside of him.
There is greatness in you -- hidden behind the loud sound of negativity. Find the greatness that's inside of you.
